I'm Complete

For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body. So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority (Colossians 2:9‭-‬10 NLT).

What a wonderful glorious honor and privilege it is to be a child of God—to be born of God; we've come into union with Christ Jesus and through this union we are complete.

Paul in Colossians 2:11 (NLT) communicates, "When you came to Christ, you were “circumcised,” but not by a physical procedure. Christ performed a spiritual circumcision—the cutting away of your sinful nature." Remarkable. He says when we came into Christ, we received a nature transplant whereby the sinful nature (human nature) was completely removed and replaced with the very life and nature of God. For you to think, speak, operate, love, forgive, and to produce excellent works like God (To imitate God), it's only possible when you have His nature.

With the new nature in you now, this means that the nature that could get sick or attract poverty has been completely removed, Glory to God.

Another profound reality is in Romans 6:4 (NKJV) and it reads "Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so, we also should walk in newness of life." The lives we now live in Christ is not a continuation of the old. We have been raised together with Christ to walk in NEWNESS of life. A life that is not subject to generational curses, sickness, failure, or poverty! What a life!

"But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing" (James 1:4 (NKJV). The Father's desire is to see us walk in the fullness of this reality. He wants to see us perfect, complete, and lacking nothing. If it wasn't possible it wouldn't have been written.

We are God's perfect work, created to perfection with no faults or defects (Ephesians 2:10 AMPC). God brought us forth by His perfect and flawless word (James 1:18 NKJV). Understand that as a new creation you're not a spiritual beggar. The new creation is complete and requires no aid or support. We don't need anything from the outside. Everything we could ever need is inside us (2 Peter 1:3). This is our present hour reality, Glory to God.

Prayer:

Thank you Father for you've brought me forth by your perfect and excellent Word. I'm perfect and Complete in Christ Jesus, possessing all I require for life and godliness, in Jesus's name. Amen.
